The High G shale shaker is a linear vibrating screen, which is used to minimize the absorbed liquid phase of the drilling cuttings discharged from the main vibrating screen and the hydrocyclone, and return the treated liquid phase to the circulation system. The drying screen shall be used in closed-circuit circulation system or in places where it is required to reduce the liquid phase content of drilling wastes. There are chemical and mechanical methods to reduce the liquid phase discharge. The chemical method is to use the dehydration reaction system and the mechanical method is to use the linear vibrating screen. The two methods can be used alone or in combination. As we all know the drilling mud is very important for petroleum well drilling. As usual, the petroleum well depth can arrive to 1000 to 7000 meters. In this program, the rig can meet lots complex geology situation, we must use drilling mud to help rig to protect well. For example , at the rock stratum, rig need lubrcate and take out the drill mud out well. Drilling mud is most widely be used for this application. Drilling mud can balance the pressure of outside and inside well. Through adjust the mud density by mixing barite or some other material to get the adapt density that we need. Last week, GN delivered 2 units 18inch decanter centrifuge to abroad client for waste water treatment. As we all know GN begin with manufacturing solids control equipment for oil gas industry. Such as shale shaker and vertical cutting dryer. As long as the accumulation of technology, we upgrade our centrifuge and designed the centrifuge for waste water treatment. In this project , it is GNLW454ET-VFD centrifuge. The bowl length is 4 times of bowl diameter. The old design is 3 times length. Longer bowl means the material can stay longer time for treatment, we can get dryer solids and more clean liquid. The 2 units centrifuge are for municipal water treatment. The solids content is about 2%, and the actually treating capacity is about 40 cube meter. The actual treating capacity related with solids content. When solids content is higher , the capacity is lower. For this centrifuge, we mounted 1 unit 45 kw motor and 1 unit 15kw back motor, both are controlled by VFD. The speed is adjustable, the max GN force i2 2093G.

To longer the life time, we mounted tungsten carbon tile to protect the scroll. As we all know the scroll is easily wearing when it push solids. This tungsten carbon tile is anti-wear and protect scroll. When some of these tiles was damaged, client only need to replace the damage part.
To protect the equipment well, we add some monitor on centrifuge, such as temperature monitor and vibration monitor. These measured sign can transfer to PLC to control the equipment. When equipment is abnormal ,the control system can stop the machine automatically.

This mini vacuum pump is movable with small size. Its capacity only 5 m3/hour. This capacity was designed for normal mud tank or ship cabin. Convent to move and enough to pump out all waste in short time. Same with GN standard vacuum pump, it is driven by high pressure, no electric spark, so this pump can be used anywhere that has high strictly requirement to explosion proof. The pump can transfer solids size smaller than 5cm, even the totally dry solid. However, the pump is best at pumping sludge with liquidity.
