Efficient Treatment of Complex Wastewater
Wastewater from drilling mud tank cleaning can have a highly variable composition. It may contain fine drilling solids, residual mud, polymers, weighting materials, and other contaminants. Simply discharging this wastewater is not an efficient or environmentally responsible option.
GN’s treatment system is designed to combine solid-liquid separation and wastewater conditioning processes. Depending on the actual wastewater characteristics, the system can utilize screening, centrifugal separation, chemical dosing, and other treatment stages to progressively remove suspended and fine solids.
The separated solids can be collected for further treatment or disposal, while the clarified liquid can be recovered for reuse or transferred to subsequent treatment processes.
