Tank cleaning is a big market in global. Almost all industry has this demand to clean tank, what ever crude oil tank, water tank, oil tank or mud tank. In tank cleaning process, the settled sludge on tank bottom is always the biggest problem for operator to clean up. The normal pump is useless to move them out tank because these settled waste always is high solids content. It takes a lot of labor with low work efficiency. Aim to solve this problem, GN designed the mini vacuum pump based on his stand model. Last week we delivered this mini pump and mini Decanter centrifuge to our client.

This mini vacuum pump is movable with small size. Its capacity only 5 m3/hour. This capacity was designed for normal mud tank or ship cabin. Convent to move and enough to pump out all waste in short time. Same with GN standard vacuum pump, it is driven by high pressure, no electric spark, so this pump can be used anywhere that has high strictly requirement to explosion proof. The pump can transfer solids size smaller than 5cm, even the totally dry solid. However, the pump is best at pumping sludge with liquidity.

GN mini Decanter centrifuge is 9 inch centrifuge bowl,which capacity is 130L/min. Aim at small treating capacity of solids-liquid separation. Especially the outdoor application, easy to transport and convenient to place. For this client we also shipped this mini centrifuge to treat these tank sludge. Recycle the water for reusing and dryer solids. This mini centrifuge is most featured equipment of GN. It almost the smallest centrifuge of the world. Currently ,our client use it for mining slurry treatment, beverage, tank cleaning ,manual separation. People is trying to use it for different industry.
