Last week , a Latin America environment company focused purchasing several dewatering equipment for their project. The are screw press dewatering machine , Decanter centrifuge and chemical dosing unit. In these equipment we sold to customer. All these equipment are small treating capacity and mobile unit. Such as the decanter centrifuge. Client take it to the job site for some small treating capacity project, customer do not need to transport the waste into water plant. The decanter can process it well at job site. Which also equipped a bottom tank as buffer to convent customer to connect other equipment for further treatment, because the Decanter centrifuge is not good at separating the particle size smaller than 5um.

Client also purchased 1 unit 201 screw press dewatering machine and 1 unit 202 screw press, the 101 model equipped 1 500L/hour chemical dosing unit to feeding polymer. Screw press dewatering machine is good at separate out the material that solids content less than 5%, especially in some soft bio material. But if the particle is too small smaller than 10um. It is hard for machine to separate, we need to polymer to combine small particle to big one. The automatic chemical dosing unit can adjust and feeding medicine to material ,and help screw press to get better separation effect.
