GN Solids Control Co., Ltd has been manufacturing shale shakers, mud cleaners, desanders, desilters, decanter centrifuge, cuttings dryers and mud systems for since the establishment. Most of GN solids control and drilling waste management systems are using outside China, which are using in over 60 countries.
GN Solids Control equipments have been upgrading since the establishment. Every year, GN engineers modify and upgrade their solids control and drilling cuttings management systems to treat OBM, WBM or SBM aiming for a better and better result.
GN manufactures various shale shakers for using in different worksites, such as oil and gas drilling, horizontal drilling, dredging, mining etc. During these usages, GN also provides shakers for diamond drilling or core drilling.
GNZS752E-DM is one of the most popular shakers to separate mud in diamond drilling. This type of shaker is pretty compact and convenient to move. Usually, the diamond drilling or core drilling are mainly using small equipments which can be carried be a helicopter. Because most of the drilling sites is far away from urban area and there’s barely no road to transport these equipments with a truck.
GN 752 shaker is mainly used in the diamond drilling or core drilling for remote areas. The treating capacity is 200 GPM which can meet most of the demands. There are only 2 pieces of shaker screens assembled on this shaker. The weight is only 893 kg.
In order to satisfy the demands of the weight limit for shakers, GN shale shakers can be modified by disassembling shaker bottom or feeding box. The vibration motors are world famous brands such as Martin or OLI. G force is also adjustable (usually it’s 7.1 G).
GN Solids Control also provides mini decanter centrifuge to separating out finer solids after treated by GN mini shaker. GN mini decanter centrifuge has a 9 inch rotating bowl. Rotating speed reaches to 4500 RPM in order to separating finder solids.
