Unlike individual equipment purchases, this project covers the entire drilling fluid processing workflow, from primary solids removal to fine solids control and drilling fluid conditioning. The system integrates a comprehensive range of solids control equipment, including shale shakers, desanders, desilters, vacuum degassers, and decanter centrifuges, creating a fully loaded drilling fluid treatment solution. The shale shaker removes large drill cuttings during the first separation stage, while the desander and desilter progressively eliminate smaller particles from the fluid system.
