GN’s GNMS-500K mud recycling system is a compact yet highly effective unit designed to remove these unwanted solids and recycle the valuable drilling mud for reuse. Each system is capable of handling up to 500 GPM, making it suitable for horizontal directional drilling (HDD), water well drilling, and small to medium-sized oil & gas drilling applications.
The GNMS-500K system integrates a linear motion shale shaker and a desander cone assembly, ensuring dual-stage solid-liquid separation. It significantly enhances drilling efficiency by maintaining low solid content in the drilling fluid, which helps prolong equipment life and reduce mud costs.
High-Performance Decanter Centrifuges for Fine Solids Control
To complement the mud recycling units, the client also received three units of GNLW364GT Decanter Centrifuges, designed for precise fine solids separation. The 14-inch bowl centrifuge is optimized for high-speed performance and robust reliability, capable of separating particles down to 2-5 microns. These centrifuges are widely used in solids control and waste management for oil & gas drilling, especially in projects requiring strict fluid specifications.
The GNLW364GT is built with a wear-resistant bowl and screw conveyor, adjustable differential speed, and a high-speed control system. It ensures maximum fluid recovery while removing ultrafine solids, resulting in cleaner mud for recirculation and reduced waste discharge.
