GN Solids America Successfully Participated OTC 2025 in Houston NRG Center

The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) 2025 held at the NRG Center in Houston once again served as a vital platform for global energy professionals to connect, collaborate, and explore advanced technologies. GN Solids America, a subsidiary of GN Solids Control, proudly showcased its latest innovations and solid control equipment at this prestigious event, reinforcing its growing presence in the North American market.

As one of the leading manufacturers of solids control and waste management equipment, GN Solids America drew considerable attention from visitors, including drilling contractors, service companies, and engineers focused on efficiency and environmental compliance. Our booth featured several flagship products that reflect our commitment to reliable, cost-effective, and high-performance solids control solutions.

Among the equipment showcased, the GNLW223D Decanter Centrifuge stood out as a highlight. With a 9-inch bowl diameter, this compact centrifuge is specifically designed for small-volume but high-precision separation applications. It is widely used in oil sludge treatment, core drilling fluid testing, and small-capacity dewatering projects. Capable of operating at speeds up to 4500 RPM, the GNLW223D delivers excellent separation performance in a small footprint, making it a perfect solution for labs, mobile units, or pilot projects.

In addition to the centrifuge, GN also featured its GNZS594 Shale Shaker, a four-panel vibrating screen with high G-force and robust structure. This shaker, combined with GN’s high-quality composite shaker screens, offers reliable and cost-effective primary solids control in drilling operations.

Another important system on display was the GNSP-10B Vacuum Pump, designed to handle high-viscosity sludge and drilling cuttings. Fully air-operated and explosion-proof, this pump is ideal for hazardous areas such as offshore platforms or refineries.

GN Solids America emphasized its localized support, with a Houston-based warehouse offering spare parts, equipment inventory, and technical service for North and South American clients. The positive feedback and interest received at OTC reaffirm GN’s commitment to delivering innovative, practical, and responsive solids control solutions globally.

We sincerely thank all the visitors, partners, and friends who stopped by the GN booth during OTC 2025 and look forward to building stronger collaborations in the future.
