Settling Tank Module with Inclined Plate Clarifier – Before the sludge enters the centrifuge, it is pre-treated in a settling tank equipped with an inclined plate clarifier. This module enhances the separation of heavier solids, reducing the workload of the centrifuge and improving separation efficiency. The pre-treated sludge is then ready for final processing.
Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module – The core of the system, GN Solids Control Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge, is designed to separate oil, water, and solids in a single continuous operation. The recovered oil can be reused or sold, the treated water can be recycled for industrial use, and the solid waste can be disposed of in compliance with environmental standards.
