GN Sludge Vacuum Pump

GN Waste vacuum pump, also named as a solids transfer pump. With special structure design, it can be used on tough environmental for solids transfer, high working performance, and less maintenance. The pump can transfer materials with high gravity and high density, solids content transfer rate max up to 80%. It has following features: the high efficiency Venturi device can produce vacuum up to 25 feet HG (Mercury Column). This is equivalent to vacuum of 85Kpa to remove the material. The pump structure is simple and compact, almost none of wear parts. The transfer distance is up to 500-1000 meters.

The GN solids transfer pump has three models, GNSP-10B, GNSP-20B, and GNSP-40B.

Pressure request: GNSP-10B and GNSP-20B is 550 Kpa-690 Kpa (80-100 PSI), GNSP-40B is 550 Kpa-785 kpa (80-114 PSI).

Air Demand: GNSP-10B 4.3 m³/min (150 CFM) GNSP-20B 8m³/min (280 CFM) GNSP-40B 17m³/min (600 CFM).

GN Desilter

GN Solids America got Desilter and Mud Cleaner orders to US Customer. GN desilter is the third-class solids control equipment to treat the drilling fluids. According to the size of the cone diameter, they are divided into Desander and Desilter. Usually the cone diameter is less than 6″is called Desilter and used as the third-control equipment in drilling operation. We commonly used 5 “and 4” come to separate solid-phase particle size 15-47μm in the drilling fluid. Based on customer requirements and capacity, we can select groups of cones into Desilter. Desilter is the third stage solids control and fourth stage drilling mud cleaning equipment in the drilling fluids recycling system. GN Desilter commonly adapts 4” cyclone which could separate the solid phase particles with the size of 15-25 microns. GN Desilter is designed 2 options of with and without underflow screen for customers’ requirement.

The desilter with underflow shaker is also called Mini cleaner which is applicable for both weighted and unweighted drilling mud, while traditional desander no underflow vibrating screen only for unweighted drilling fluids. And comparing with large size desander and desilter assembly, the Mini Desander is cost-effective. For the compact mud system used in HDD, CBM, water well drilling and Mining project, Mini desilter cleaner is an Ideal choice.

GN Desilter capacity starts with 528, 156, and 1584 GPM. Desiltier option with 8, 12, and 16 PCS. Feeding size is DN150 and Output size is DN200. Desilter: Cut Point+20 Microns
